Today, Huawei has introduced the last great phone this year that everyone expected. The Mate 10 family – with its Pro variant – has already come to light and, as expected, has not left anyone indifferent.

These new Mate 10 will debut the new version of Android 8.0. and also the new EMUI 8.0 customization layer, which, as we already told you, made a number jump to match the version of the operating system.
Huawei promises updates for its 2016 high-end
Taking advantage of the event, the people of Huawei have promised that both EMUI 8.0 and the latest version of Android will reach the high-end terminals of the previous year. Specifically, Mate 9 and 9 Pro will receive the update in “3 or 4 weeks”, while the P family will arrive in “a near future”,
Shortly thereafter, Huawei said that high-end terminals will receive monthly security patches every month, the average range every two and the cheapest range will arrive every 3 months. We will see if they finally fulfil their word because it would not be the first one that does it and it is forgotten.
EMUI 8.0, in the words of the leaders themselves, improves overall performance by 12%, improves the launch of applications and is more energy efficient than previous versions. In addition, the terminal will offer us to modify some settings or sensors depending on the context in which we are, such as activate the blue light filter arrived sometime in the afternoon. At the aesthetic level, there are no major changes.
